Shipping & Returns Policy

We want your candles to arrive safely and quickly!

Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery: We ship throughout the United States. Delivery usually ranges from 3–7 business days. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Carriers: Delivery time depends on the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and is beyond our control. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, DivineShines is not responsible for delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries.
Shipping Damage: If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll happily replace it.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority!

Returns: Due to the nature of candles and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on open products. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item or a defective candle, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions for exchanging it at no extra cost.
Refunds: Refunds are issued for damaged or incorrect items once we receive confirmation and any necessary photos. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

Candle Care & Safety

First Burn

Let wax melt fully across the surface before extinguishing. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn every time.

Burn Time

2–3 hrs for small candles, 3–4 hrs for large candles. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Trim the Wick

Keep the wick trimmed to ¼ inch before every burn for a clean, steady flame and to prevent excess smoke.

Safety First

Keep away from drafts, children, pets and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight to preserve the scent and colour of your candle.
