DivineShines was not built from a business plan. It was built from a conviction — the deep, unshakeable knowing that God’s light is real, that it belongs in every home, and that something as simple as a candle can become a vessel for His presence.
What started as a personal practice of lighting candles during prayer and devotional time grew into something that felt too meaningful to keep to itself. The warmth, the fragrance, the stillness, the scripture — every element intentional, every element designed to invite God in.

We exist for one purpose: to create candles that carry peace, prayer, and God’s presence into your home. Every candle is a small act of obedience, a belief that beauty can honor God and bring comfort to His people. From the first ingredient sourced to the final prayer over every order, every detail is intentional.

Every batch begins in prayer. We believe what happens before the pour matters as much as the pour itself. God is invited first.

I didn’t plan to start a candle company. I planned to have a quiet morning with God. But He had other plans; and isn’t that always the way?
I remember that morning clearly: a candle lit, my Bible open, the house still. Something about those combinations; the warmth, the fragrance, the Words; changed the atmosphere of the room. It felt fuller. Peaceful in a holy way. I didn’t want to leave that moment. I wanted to capture it somehow.
That’s where DivineShines began. Every candle in this collection was born from a real moment in my faith journey. “God Is Love” came from a season of learning to receive love without feeling like I had to earn it. “Walk by Faith” was created during a year when I couldn’t see the path ahead, and trusting God was the only way forward. “God Is My CEO” was poured the week I finally surrendered my business to God and stopped trying to carry everything on my own.
These aren’t just candles. They are moments I survived by Grace, poured into wax and shared with you.
My prayer is that when you light your candle, something in your home shifts. That fragrance brings peace you didn’t know you needed. That the scripture on the label meets you exactly where you are. And that the light- small as it may seem- reminds you that the light God placed inside you is unstoppable.
